When she first said this, I thought she meant her interpretation of the Mona Lisa or a doggy or a horsey, not herself. What you are looking at is the result of two minutes without adult supervision. Thankfully, the makers of kids' paint are all too aware of the likelihood of this occurring which is why the paint washed off not long after the fun had worn off.
