Counting down

Posted by Sash (Adelaide, Australia) on 3 November 2008 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.

Four-thirty am is a beautiful time to be woken up, especially when a series of thunder and lightning perform a cacophony of aural and visual delight in an otherwise endless sea of blackness. The trusty people mover hurtled itself and solo linguist towards the frontier; a torrent of atmospheric pressure engulfing herds of weary-eyed bystanders that had flocked hours before and had remained spellbound in silence.

That stated, what do you think of the finished product? It's another HDR with a fraction more processing after the fact.

Location: On private land near the outskirts of Strathalbyn, South Australia.
