This is beautiful Sash. I think we went through here on the way from Adelaide to Kangaroo island however only the men went down to look at the port. I wish that I had now.

This is fantastic mate, great comp, viewpoint and the colours are very cool!! As Stu says, pure Sash. Didn't you think Derelict looked like one from you?? I thought it did, especially when I was processing it!

Anyway, this weekend, I am going down Friday and Saturday if you want to meet me on Saturday for a night or worst case only dawn Sat or Sun?? I'll email you anyway!

@gene: Thanks mate. It's one of the most commonly photographed 'landmarks' down that way but it also has a poignant element to it; whenever I'm there I feel that I belong to SA and that I'm supposed to be here. :)

I know what you mean about homesickness - I spent three+ years in Japan with only two brief stints during that time back in Oz. The absence definitely repairs any ill-feelings that one might accumulate in the process of growing up here (and most likely anywhere for that matter). I'm happier than the proverbial swine in excrement, especially now that I have a little'un to enjoy these splendid surroundings with.
