I've decided to post a couple of images from the opposite side of the sunrise, so here's the first of two looking westward that I think turned out reasonably well. For the record, I think the next one is much better but I couldn't unleash it until you were thoroughly buttered up. After all, what kind of virtual friend would I be if I didn't play my part in ensuring your emotional safety? I hope you enjoy it as much as I've enjoyed reading the positive comments thus far. Thank you all. :)

The light hitting the bank on the other side is wonderful. The sky has an interesting color cast. Nice simple composition.

Those tones are just divine!! Fabulous one Sash!!! I, too, will frequently look the other way because the light behind is so often better. You've definitely demonstrated that here.
