The take-down

David Bowie once sang: 'Look at those big men go. It's the freakiest show.'

I concur with Sir Davo, yet I have admiration for the big blokes with the fancy head and crotch wear. It's as though they've flown directly into the face of public perception about obesity and come out the other end with their heads held high. It's a sign of fortitude that rubs me the right way. Go, you big blokes, GO!

PS Away from the interWeb due to mega essay marking and family catch-ups (no relation to Family Wee's Ketchup), so have pre-posted this series from Japan. Apologies for inadequate perusal of your ultra fine photo blogs. Will do utmost to re-establish link with surreal world ASAP.

PPS Essays are dragging me into a cavernous black headspace without forseeable end in sight. My goat's eyes are glowing red and its hooves are raking soil. Predict fireworks and bloodshed, not necessarily in that order.

PPPS Garcon! Hand me a sabre...

Help yourself to the blue cheese, but stay away from the green one.
